Bodywork Addressing Musculoskeletal Disorders, Biomechanical Dysfunction, Postural Distortion, and Chronic Pain.
Neuromuscular Therapy is a specialized clinical form of massage therapy that targets the root causes of pain and dysfunction. A Swedish flow with Lymphatic Drainage will first be introduced to calm your nervous system and flush toxins. To reach the deeper layers, we will utilize the applications of Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Therapy, Myofascial Release, Myofascial Decompression Cupping, and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Stretching, as needed.
Focused bodywork effectively addressing 1 or 2 sources of pain and discomfort. Reserve
Focused bodywork effectively addressing 1 or up to 3 sources of pain and discomfort. Reserve
Focused bodywork effectively addressing 2 or up to 4 sources of pain and discomfort. (Example: Relieving complex injuries such as Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, as well as addressing compensation tension that may have developed in the opposite arm, shoulder, and neck.) Reserve

I do not accept insurance at this time; however, I can provide Superbills for reimbursement upon request. It is important to inquire directly with your insurance provider about their specific requirements. If diagnostic codes are required, you will need to obtain them from your physician, as Massage Therapists are not licensed to diagnose. You may forward a referral letter with diagnoses from your physician to me. I can then add this information to your Superbill.
If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full amount of your missed session. Medical emergencies, sudden onset of illness, and childcare interruptions may be exempt if you notify your therapist prior to the time of your appointment. For prepaid packages and gift certificates, late cancellations will be considered a forfeiture of session. Upon scheduling your appointment, you have agreed to these terms.

Hi! My name is Rachel, but my friends call me Rae.
My journey as a healer began at the age of 5 when my mother was in a car accident. Witnessing the aftereffects of her injuries and aiding in her healing process sparked my desire to help others. This experience provided me with a hands-on understanding of the body's musculature and the importance of noninvasive pain management. After twenty-five years of helping family and friends manage their pain and stress, mom suggested I expand my knowledge and develop my practice further. I took her advice, and I truly love what I do!
Thank you, Mom! 🖤
On May 24, 2013, I earned my Diploma from National Holistic Institute, College of Massage Therapy, and was awarded the title:
Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Health Educator

I have worked with professional athletes, participated in wellness retreats and corporate employee appreciation events, and provided medical massage in chiropractic clinic environments.
Today, I concentrate specifically on your rehabilitation and injury prevention, dedicating myself to helping you find comfort in your body.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of your wellness journey. I look forward to healing with you!
~Rae

I love seeing results! A full body massage is great for overall body awareness and relaxation; however, it often only treats the symptoms of something more complex. I believe area-specific, targeted bodywork is the best approach for achieving longer-lasting results. Our session together will be explorative and detail-oriented with the intention of finding the precise source of your discomfort. Comfort is in the results!
My melting pot of modalities includes Deep Tissue Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Pin & Stretch Technique, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, and Trigger Point Therapy.
Fun things to look forward to: The newest addition to my "melting pot" is Myofascial Decompression Cup Therapy. I am excited to incorporate this highly effective treatment tool into our sessions. Stay tuned!
Thank you so much for your interest in my practice. If you would like to read reviews to help you decide or if you'd like to leave a review yourself, you may do so here. See you soon!
